| |  I dont think i could ever handle having one but I think a golden retreiver is a beautiful, intelligent and special dog. I love my little goofball but he couldnt compare with a golden. Big dogs are a handful though and I know they chew alot especially when they are puppies. I also dont like it when dogs shed. Plus they need a fair amount of exercise.

| |  i've had my share of mutts that i liked but the breed that is for me is boxers. i adore them. they are so much fun and are hilarious to be with. they are like big kids and i absolutely wouldnt trade mine for anything in the world. right now i have four: mickey, rosie, cypress, and lucy. mickey and cypress are by far the stupidest dogs i've ever seen but they are so loving. rosie and lucy are incredibly intelligent, playful and very girly. lol. you have to love dogs like that.

| |  I am a aJack russel woman here,I rather like the smaller breed of dog,I always have they are easier to manage.The big breeds are lovely but you need plenty of space to exercise them.We used to have a golden labrador,and a more obedient anld loving dog you couldnt have found,but the little dog we have now ,we have had him since a pup ,he is now nineteen years old,and he is a Jack russel cross
