Who remembers Torchy the Battery Boy and Twizzle?

'Torchy, Torchy, the battery boy...' drove around in a little truck in the 60s. Twizzle could make his arms and legs grow - we're not allowed to mention him in our house because he freaked my husband out and he still cant bear to think of him!

It was a kids TV show. They were both string puppets... (I guess you had to be there )
