How many sets of pots and pans do you own?  |

 I have 4 (yes four) different sets going in my kitchen plus a few random pieces of other kinds of pots and pans. I have Cooks Essentials basic set, Technque Hard anadized (my daughter loves these), Technique cast iron, and Paula Deen's cast iron. I have a few random pieces from other sets but most (about 90%) of my cookware is highend stuff that I have gotten from QVC. They are quality pieces and I love each set for their own properties. Although I will admit that when I was ordering the cooks essentials set I wish I had just gotten a complete set from technique hard anadized cause my daughter (18 and loves to cook) really loves these pots and pans and she hates the cooks essentials. How many sets do you own? What kind are they? Do you love them/hate them?

of anything. Some of my pots and pans are hand me downs
from my Mom and Grandmother! In fact I've been hinting
to my boyfriend that we need a nice new set of pots and pans
and maybe he could get them for me for Christmas. Figures
I have to waste a gift for Christmas on something for
cooking (lol). Nah, I'm only kidding. That would be a
great gift. I don't want anymore non-stick garbage. That
stuff just doesn't last and isn't healthy. What would
you recommend that I get? What is cooking essentials?

| sweetdesign (2194) | 1 year ago | Cooks Essentials is one of the highend pots and pans they sell on qvc. I like it because you can get it in noonstick (but this nonstick is super good and doesn't peel and flake off)or in stainless. But by far we like the Technique hard anodized line on QVC better. It is the same quality you get from Calphalon but much much more affordable. I also like the enamel coated cast iron from Technique which is just as good (if not better) as the french expensive brand of enamelled cast iron. the enamelled cast iron gives the benefits of cast iron without the frustration. Clean up is a breeze! I used our new everyday pan with a lid last night and love it. Even cooking with no worries of hot spots. | |

| 13. _sketch_ (1344) | 1 year ago |  I still live at home with my parents until the end of this month when I head out for college, so I still don't own any pots or pans yet. I will probalby only have one set when I finally get some. My mom has a bunch of pots and pans that she's acquired over the years. I don't think that any of them are still in sets anymore. Just a bunch of random ones. I don't really cook much, so I don't know what kind they are. I neither love or hate them. They are just pots and pans to me.

| 14. missbdoll (1061) | 1 year ago |  I've no got 2 full sets and quite a few bits and peices.Ones one of those ones that look like smoked glass.And the other is a vintage set, with harlequin lids each lid is a different colour, its from the 1950s or 60s.I got it with some other stuff in an auction.And they were still in there original boxes, and unused.So I guess I'm using collectable saucepans.
I've also got and old set of cast iron fry pans, which I think would be some of the first kitchen ware I ever bought.

| 15. danishcanadian (20143) | 3 months ago |  I own one good set of pots and pans that I bought when I moved into this apartment 7 years ago. considering the fact that I don't cook, one set was more than enough for me. LOL Now that I'm married to a guy who loves cooking, those pots and pans are getting a lot of use, and they've probably already paid for themselves by now. LOL
