Naturally when growth stops decay sets in. It is the logic of life.. When we cross the life of teens and start stepping into the thirties the decaying sets in.. that is aging in us will start to show up in us..
May be the reqular exercises, swimming, living a care free and tension less life will help us to postpone the inevitable..and surely the Shrinkage's in our skin are bound to come..

Living healthy is the most logical way to maintain great skin. Not smoking or eating certain foods is a start. Take a look at your parents skin. If its young looking or just plain healthy take tips from them. If they're oily, wrinkly, or dry, try using simple ways to enhance your skin. Washing with a light soap and water and blotting dry is a start. If your a fair skinned, make sure you use a strong sun block. I carry a little case in my bag with moistened wipes and dry paper towels for blotting. When I sweat or feel oily, I go to the restroom and wash and dry my face. Dont use too much soap either or wash too much. It may dry out your skin. Alot of the products that are on the market today are the same just more expensive. Stick to what you know and can afford. Develop a routine. Stick to it! Look at the older relatives in your family. Ask them in a nice way what their life is like. Learn from their do's and dont's. Ask your doctor to set you up with a nutritionist. Good luck! dl

I think you can maintain youthful skin if you protect yourself from the harmful sunrays. You can also keep your skin looking young if you use the right ltions for your skin type also. Use sunscreen when you are going to be out in the sun.

IM not exsactly sure, but my guess is. defiantly wear sun block in the sun.. even though our skin looks pretty tan the sun and generic sun is veary bad for your skin.
I also suppose moisterizing your skin is really good too.
