Circumcison: can it stop HIV Infections?

Would you encourage you son to be circumcized?

I don't have a son. I only have a daughter. If I had a son, I would definitely have him circumcised. It is better hygiene for him also. I would do whatever it takes to help prevent the spread od HID, Aids.

It is estimated from the study data that circumcision reduces a man’s risk of acquiring HIV by 64 percent.

I understand that some religions say that there sons must be circumsized ,and I fully take that on board,but im not a great advocate of it,unless of course its for any medical reason.I dont really see the point of it,as long as the male is taught to clean the foreskin properly as he gets older then I wouldnt think that there would be any problems
