Healthy pasta/ dessert

Does anyone here know how to cook a low calory pasta or a healthy dessert one that you wouldn't have problems with eating especially when your on a diet? I need help i'm gaining weight with each passing day and I don't know how to conrol it... hehe... Please help...

Pasta alone is not fat, souces make it fat, so a low calorie souce is a simple tomato souce, put a little bit of oliv oil, frish garlich and frish onion in a pot, let it heiss and when the garlic get a little bit of colour put in tomato souce or klein cut fresh tomatoes (they have to cook longer) let all cooking (not to high) for 30 minutes (50 with frish tomatoes) stop it and put inside frish basilikus, the souce for the pasta is ready, put a little bit of parmesan cheese auf the pasta before to put the souce on it. Nun ps(for a pasta salad prepare frish tomatoes in a dish and dress them with oliv oil, salt and fresh basilus, prepare the pasta and when is done put it under fresh wather when is cold dress it with the tomatoes..is very tasty..

I was going to suggest low calorie jellies. They are the best. You can get ones in the supermarket that have 10 calories in them. I usually have that, or a low fat youghurt or fruit for dessert. You might try sorbets (any flavour) and merange (no cream!) are low in fat and relatively low calorie. I mix fruit with low-fat fromage frais and freeze it for a couple of hours to make a law fat ice-cream. In terms of pasta, stick to tomato based sauces rather than cream-based ones and watch your portion sizes. Give yourself less then you think you need and have a green salad alongside to fill the rest of the plate. You could also mix in vegetables with the pasta - brocolli and french beans can be nice. Rather than full-fat cheese, use low-fat cheese if you are having cheese with your pasta.

LOW-CAL DESSERT 1 pkg. flavored Jello (strawberry is great), prepared and chilled 1/2 c. Carnation instant non-fat dry milk Using a blender, whip Jello with dry milk until fluffy. This actually tastes pretty good. Try changing to whole wheat pasta. It has more protein. Use a red marinara sauce. Less fat than cream sauces. After a pasta meal try going for a walk. It will get your metabolism running and burn off some of those carbs.
