Have you been able to accomplish some of the things in your life?

I always wanted to be a teacher. I went to college with a major of Early Childhood Education. I was doing fine until my student teaching came up. I was forced on an older teacher who didn't want a student. And the school was an hour away on a good day. Anyway, getting up at 4am to get there by 7am and getting home after 6pm got really tiring fast. I tried to talk to the teacher about it, but got no help. When I tried to talk to the dean of the education department about my difficulties, she gave me a bad grade and called my mother! Anyway, I ended up teaching preschool for 7.75 an hour. After I met my husband, my grandfather paid for me to go to nursing school. I have no more goals in mind for my future. Although, I could say that my next goal is to finally be happy. I don't know why it is so hard to attain.

My goal will be accomplished in 2 weeks when my children go back to school and they are still alive . It's been a long summer and they have worked my nerves. Other than that I am waiting for next year to decide what I will do with my life. I have never really used my Business Degree but it looks good on my resume . Good luck with the scholarships!

Yes....when I was growing up I had an overwhelming desire to be a poet...and author. I now have two books out on the market and I am just finishing my third one. It takes time and perserverance...but you can do whatever you set your mind to if you really want it. Another one of my accomplishments was to travel. And I have done very much traveling in the last ten years...even a trip to Europe!

I think I have! Not too many, but the most important things that have been my goals. You realize as you get older that you have more time than it seemed. So you learn to have more patience and practice to make your goals!
