What present you gave to your partner on his/her birthday??

My boyfriend will going to celebrate his 21th Birthday this coming September 30.. I know that its still far but I want to make it more special in his special day.. So, do you have any idea what best gift can I give on his birthday?? I want something very special that he will remember it even when we grow old.. Well, during his previous birthday, I had give him a pillow with a picture of us, then a cake, a mug, and a surprise party... This time, I want it something more special.. So, what do you think?? Do you have any idea??

This year was the first birthday my boyfriend and I spent together. I got him a couple shirts, one a nice shirt he can wear when we go out or other special occasions and one that says desperate times....call for desperate measures and has a picture of a man praying.

I gave my boyfriend a shirt for his last birthday too. This year I am thinking about getting him a few books by his favorite author. He loves to read in his spare time and I think he would love the other books he doesn't have yet.
.. I'll try to think about it.. Books?? He don't really love reading books.. Maybe, I'll think about the shirts..

Hmm I think that if you want him to remember it maybe it's nice to give him something personalized but practical. Something that you made would really get appreciated especially if it is given to a person that loves you too.
