How about a hat like Dr. Seuss... I know alot of people have them, so maybe you can find it.

Oh too bad I am down here in Texas and could be there to celebrate with you and your friends. As for a silly hat, maybe just something big and floppy or a straw hat decorated up? I wish you had the one here at my house, my grandson got some cotton candy at the circus and the bag was in a huge clown hat. Have a great time at your shower.

Oooo, I wish I could make it but I'll be there in thought, plus a bunch of women and baby clothes, not my thing but it does give the guys a chance to miss the girls while their gone. The only problem is when the come back from a baby shower they want to either make a baby or.... Anyway, if you don't have a silly hat you can always make one. I suggest finding a ball cap or a hat you already have and getting some paper and writing down things like, "MOM", "WIFE", "MYLOTTER", ect you get the idea. BTW, a Mad Hatter would be somebody like in the movie Alice In Wonderland, the crazy guy, you know. This is on the subject but off the topic. The reason they were called mad hatters is because hat makers would put mercury in the brim of the hat and it would seep into the persons brain and drive them mad. Nice huh? That's why all my ball cap are cotton lined. Have fun at your baby shower, I forgot to ask, boy or girl?

I went to a few of these things when my siblings' children were growing up.
They're nice but there's no way I can be in Minnesota for this.

Walmart has some really crazy hats! Maybe you could buy some oversized furniture. LOL Other than that, I have no idea. Anything Alice in Wonderland. Though in Minnesota you have Skinny's wonderland- The Mall of America. Sheesh I love Minnesota. Sorry to get off the subject! LOL

I am not sure what a madhatter is, I think Dumblndzzy is right though, I know that's the kind of hats I pictures. I also pictured the proper hats that you see a lot of proper ederly ladies wearing. Almost like the Red Hat Society's. I don't know, but that's just what I pictured. Congratulations on the baby shower, hope it's just as good as the last ones you've had! Is it going to be a all girls, or are there going to be boys? I know some baby showers, there are still the guys there! Well Have fun!

nope dont but I would go to 2nd hand store and find a funniest hat I could hugs have fun!

I was thinking you could start off with a silly but plain hat...like a big floppy one, or the Dr. Suess style, and trim it out with small baby items. You could use lengths of pink ribbon to secure the items around the hat like rattlles, pacifiers, a bottle, hats, socks, maybe even a onesie or dress depending on how big the hat is.

Minnesota is a bit too far for me to drive LOL but I'll be thinking about you! It's been 8 years since I've been on the "pink team" but I've learned that big girl clothes are almost as fun as baby girl clothes!
