Listening is understanding.. |

People talk. People hear. People agree or disagree. But do they really listen? When I talk to my parents, they listen. But they never understand. I'm tired of telling them my points of view. Should I just give up and accept that they will never understand?

3. hornetlover (2598) | 1 year ago | uhmmmmm.... this way, we talk, they listen. maybe they sometimes do not understand or they do not want to understand. but, when they are alone? they are thinking of what you really wanted. and what you have just said. they will take time to understand everything you've said. because they have to analyze, will this make any good for you, for them, or everyone in your family. Try to read your parents.:) They may never tell you, " Ok, I believe you. I am sorry, you're right!" Try to read them. You can see it in their actions, if you got them believe you and if u made them understand you...:)

4. Bluepatch (2461) | 1 year ago | Listening is not really understanding but the problem always is getting people to listen. To listen you have to be interested. People who are not interested just don't listen. I have exactly the same problem right here in my office. They are all only interested in themselves and what is convenient for them. Thats the story of today's world.
