So yes, i've heard many good things about coffe, im a coffe lover, so i drink a nice fresh cup of coffe every morning! And also i have heard that coffee is good for celullite...well not the coffe it self but the cafeine in it. So evey product that i've seen on the market for cellulite has caffeine in it, or even coffe! I have tryed making a home made coffe scrub, and to be honest it has great results! leaves my skin feeling fresh and like a babies butt! lol! What do you think about this?

There is so much controversy about coffee.First it's bad for you,now it's good for you. I too am a coffee lover,I have to have at least two cups in the morning or I might as well go back to bed!!I've never heard that it helps cellulite, maybe that's why I've never had cellulite?who knows! And I've never heard of using it as a facial mask. I'd have to say that you are very brave because coffee stains and you might have come out of the mask with a coffee tan! Thank god that didn't happen!.I use St. Ives apricot scrub to make my face feel soft as a babies butt! But I might be willing to give coffee a try if I ran out of St.Ives and couldn't get to the store right away!!!!lol You are very daring!

coffee doens not leave you with stains on your skin, it does however stain your clothes, but not your skin, it is a great exfoliant. and yes ir reduces cellulite. But not by drinking it, more like having it on your skin for a while. so far i've heard of lots of people who have benefit from this. so i guess why not give it a try :D

Well I'll be!! Caffeine for cellulite? That is a new one to me. But a good one if it is inclined to work. You say that you have used some kind of coffee scrub. I don't see any harm in it. It is different to say the least, but if it is working than more power to you. Maybe I'll take a page out of your book and try it if I ever get the doggone time!

What I have heard about coffee helping cellulite is using the grounds as a body scrub but I have never heard of drinking coffee to help it.

I love to drink coffee, but have not tried it with cellulite. I don't think there is really anything that can get rid of it, lol. But I have heard that coffee does have a slenderizing effect (http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/471315/caffeine_successful_in_slenderizing.html?cat=51). I may have to look into that coffee scrub of yours;)

I think it works too. I had a body lotion that is supposed to firm your skin and get rid of cellulite and it had caffiene in it. It makes sense to me because coffee is a diuretic. Also coffee refreshes you and makes you more awake and I think it has that same rejuvenating effect on the skin. I want to try making a coffee exfoliating scrub too!
