Perhaps you eat too much meat. And the dishs are thick. I believe you eat more vegetable will help somewhat.

i use a homemade blemish treatment on blemishes and their scars.

to make just a bit to try:

10 d e oil
10 d lavender essential oil
10 d tea tree essential oil

or you could leave the tea tree but it is quiet effective in treating blemishes

i love this. sometimes i use about 2 times the amount of e oil and use it as an all over face oil. i think that is best with a 2:1 ratio of just e oil and lavender essential oil

oh and using power of oats (made in your blender) make a paste with water, apply and leave on blemish till its dry. that will help draw out the poison.

i use a mixture of oat powder, lavender flower powder, chamomile powder, a bit of baking soda, and some tea tree oil mixed in a small jar. i use it as an all over mask, i add a bit to liquid soap for a scrub, spot treatment, and i even used it on a nasty puffy spider bite on my ankle and the itch went away with in 5 min! bite was healed after wearing it under a band-aid for an hour or so.

there are plenty of spot lightening products in the market, they can help but will take a bit long. if you want something more effective, i suggest a visit to your dermatologist since they usually have several types of products available for this..
