its a faith in something n enthusiasm for sumething tat makes life worth living

There's a saying "Enthusiasm is all we really need." The person who mentioned that has pointed out that people are desperately finding ways to stay happy. He said enthusiasm is all that is needed. However, it seems enthusiasm has to be managed since people and times change. Enthusiasm management seems to require self-knowledge and forecasting of future situations.
