| Charlie and the chocolate factory obsession  | | | |  We introduced our 2 year 8 month old daughter to Charlie and the chocolate factory the other day. It was the old one not the one with Johnny Depp and it was probably on Friday that we let her watch it, but since that time she has got obsessed with it and now we have to play it once or twice at least per day. Our daughter keeps asking for Charlie And The Chocolate Family. It's very funny, but now my favourite film is turning into my worst nightmare, lol!

| |  I think that it's nice that she likes the one with Jean Kelly in it. That is really old but still good. The new one is not that bad but has a totally different swing to the movie. The old one is more colorful that the new one is. But if she likes it there is nothing that you can do right now until she stops asking to see it. Have a good one.

That just reminded me of my niece when she was 3. Her obssesion back then was the barbie movies. She'd even throw a tantrum if we didn't let her watch a barbie movie. It was impossible. But fortunately when we put her in preparatory school she grew out of her movie obssession and now prefers to color books, draw and interact with other kids. In time it'll pass, besides Charlie and the chocolate factory is a really good movie and it teaches lessons to kids. I just adore the oompa loompas. lol. ^_______^
