Do you like eating carp?

There are many tiny fish bones in carps that some ones don't like to have it. But of all the fish I like to have carp most. Steam, stew,braise in sauce, I like every way of cooking it. I have the patience to pick up all the tiny fish bones and enjoy having it. It taste very good.
Do you like eating carp?

i use to have a neighbor that canned carp. it was just like salmon when she got through w/it.i'm not saying it tasted like salmon but u cooked it like salmon. she's the only person i ever knew that did that.

It is traditional to eat carp for Polish Christmas Eve and usually it was too difficult to get hold of, and so we have salmon instead. When we managed to get it, it is served preserved in aspic. I have only ever eaten carp on this occasion so I don't really know that much about what is is like apart from in aspic. I can't really say what the flavour of the carp was as I remember the taste of the aspic jelly and that is about it. I need to try fresh carp and then I'll know if I like it or not lol.
