Walking is a good way to unwind and doesn't cost a thing. Reading is another way I like to unwind. If you use the library, you won't spend a dime on that either. I can't leave out using the computer! If I'm really stressed out, I love to play games online. It really relaxes me. If all else fails, I watch TV.
Pets are a great way to unwind, too. Unfortunately, I don't have any pets now. When I did, there was nothing like going for a walk and paying ball with my dogs. It's amazing how good that is for a cluttered mind!

the best way for me to unwind is with a nice cocktail, and a great movie. i love to watch movies. I don't mind watching a movie that i have seen a hundred times. i just enjoy sitting on my couch with a nice drink and a good movie. that is how i unwind

yes, thats a good idea...but a 100 times that i've seen that movie, i think i wont pay attention to that movie anymore...it may sound like i already memorize all the scenes and the lines in that movie...lol...
thanks for sharing though...Have a nice day!

I find the easiest ways to unwind are usually the ones that you don't need to spend money on! For example going for a long walk to clear your head and to calm down. Listen to music, music has a calming influence on me and will help me unwind. Having a long relaxing soak in a hot bath with your favourite bubbles. These are techniques I use to help me unwind and lower the stress levels. Animals are good too to have around as they also help you unwind by taking them for a walk or stroking them.
