If you could pick anyone to be president, who would it be?  

Well, that sort of system would be horribly chaotic. Voting people into an office they don't want, or one they have no knowledge about. Not too smart of a decision. That's how Andrew Jackson got elected... he was a celebrity from all of the battles he won, but made a horrible president... because he was a military man.

I'm quite okay with politicians being politicians because they know the law and they are very good at what they do. I think American's need to research and study what these candidates are planning to do, and what they stand for... to make an educated decision. Vision for being president is one of the most important things they can have.

i think that i would have to say Morgan Freeman. He is old enough to know the ways of the world. He is a great actor and well he has played God twice so he might have some devine intervention- lol.
but the way this one is going it looks as if Paris Hilton could get several votes.
Then again there are several people that have played a president- like Bill Pualman or who ever that was in the movie Independence Day. I think with his quilifications of taking care of the crisis with aliens and all he might be a really good president in this day and age with all the wars and stuff. lol. i mean if you can take care of a intergalatic crisis then problems of this little old planet would seem muted you know.

Well, since I voted for Ron Paul in the primaries, I will again, vote for Ron Paul via WRITE IN at home. I refuse to vote for these two YAHOOs who want nothing more to do than bring down America and get the New World Order on track. Oh,and they also want to reduce the human population, including America, by 80%.

This is why I will not and could not vote for the two very unpresidential candidates.

My vote would be on Dolly Parton LOL! I think we seriously need a woman president and she is just the life and soul of the party, she's got great assets and has the charm and would easily appease foreign counterparts and would bring some music and harmony into politics and into the whitehouse, she could stage concerts at the White House! Instead of war she would be introducing country and western. Yeah I would love her and I am sure US citizens would love to have her as president. Vote Dolly!
