POWER is such a powerful word. People sometimes go to any extent to hold the power they have or to acquire power. By power i mean the head of an organisation or a leader or something like that. I have seen many people change themselves once they gain 'power'. Their talking style changes. They start commanding respect. They to maintain they are the boss. It has been so common to me and i feel why people change to 'power'. Have you experienced this?

Yes there are alot of people who are lost in POWER .. i have analyzed this, I look around the people and study them .. My conclusion is this .. If the person is from lower roots and is suddenly given the "Power" they do not know how to adapt to the situation as they were not brought up with the methods of handling power. Meanwhile .. people who have been in a family roots where their parents have "power" are normally humble and more to earth. This is only my view from what i see

Sivanj, this happens so often, it makes one wonder if it's an automatic thing! A former student of mine is a legislator now, and I nag him about remaining the man he alwas was and not getting lost in the power game. Those power plays, even in small groups, can and often do lead to the corruption that's undermining today's society!
