I have been trying to reduce weight for months now. All the methods I tried were useless. It was a trial and error method for me, until one day I finally found an effective means to reduce my weight. This is by eating frequent but small meals and then after 6 in the evening, I don't eat anything anymore. This method has been very effective for me, as my weight went down from 160-138 in just more than 4 months, and haven't returned even if I add more to my meals now.
I did not take in any drugs be it herbal or medicinal and I succeeded. I hope you'll succeed too if you make use of this method. If you have an existing disease condition you'll have to consult your doctor first.

Congrats on your loss! I have tried this and it doesn't work for me. I am lucky to have time to eat twice in one day. Usually my first meal is somewhere between 12 and 4pm (I start my day at 5am). I wish I could do that. I try to take things like fresh veggies and fruit to work to eat at my desk (doesn't happen often) they end up going bad and I have to throw it out! But I have atleast started eating better stuff instead of fast convenience foods! Good job and keep up the good fight!

What?!! Are you serious? I better try this then! I eat 2 big meals a day with one or two smaller ones in between. Huhu. But your post really is quite inspiring. I've heard that this truly works. I just don't have the discipline to try it out as I frequently have dinner out with my friends. You know what else works? Exercise!!! Going to the gym for the past 2 months has really helped me lose weight. Of course, it's not as dramatic as yours because I still eat pasta, cookies, chocolates, and other fattening food.

Yes it is said that frequent meals of high quality meals would be good in reducing weights, but I didn't do that. It is because the body absorb frequent nutririons and less is wasted and becomes fat in the body while you do that. But for me it is not working because I love snacks... I'd rather keep myself busy with things and make myself working hard so I burn as much calories in my body so that I can keep my weights on the track

Congratulations to you. After 6 diet is so hard to follow. I find it impossible to use this method. Because I am the one who prepare dinner in our family. It it won't look good if I don't eat what I cook. They might say that its not delicious or I have put something in it, and I won't eat it myself. I usually set as an example to them what to eat. And to eat healthy balanced diet. It won't look good if I won't eat after 6. And If I eat less, it won't look good either.

Congratulations on a job well done! I think two contributors to loosing weight are eating smaller meals and exercising. That works for me!

Congragulations on losing your weight. I have tried a lot of different things and nothing has worked. Than about two weeks ago I decided to do the same thing you are doing and I am also losing weight. I also include walking. I don't eat after 6 in the evening as you do. It seems to be working. I am happy to say I have lost 6 lbs and feel so much better. I am going to lose a little bit more and than what I want to do is stay at a steady weight. I don't use any of the things they have out on the market for losing weight. I have tried those and they have not worked for me.
