Quality over Money?

Alot of times yes. There is a clothes store here that has teh cutest clothes sold cheap! But after buys a few things there I realized why, because the strings come out and then begin to fray. But they also sell jeans which are very cute and cheaply priced which I love and have never had an issue with and they have become my favorite!

Often times it does but it doesnt always mean so. I think a smart shopper can get quality if they shop around enough. It is amazing the deals you can get if you are willing to look for them. I really like getting good deals it is kind of a hobby for me.
