I'd choose the picnic as more can be done with it, plus it can be secluded. To the friends and family that inquire about things like this, I usually recommend a picnic as a change of pace or as something not too superficial.

I am far from being fancy, so would definitely opt for the picnic. I do like good food, though, so maybe I should ask what restaurant first!

I like a quiet life, so I would choose a quiet, romantic picnic!

Definatly a picnic you don't have to worry about waiters bothering you or intiruting you conversation. You don't have to get all dolled up. And for dessert, you can have whatever you want and not get arrested for indecent exposer.I really just love picnics.

I'd have to say a nice romantic picnic.
I'm not one for dressing up or being fancy lol. So I'd rather do something secluded and romantic. Plus if its secluded you could have a little extra fun that you could have in a fancy restaurant.
