onion crying

hey do u cook a lot? dont you just hate it when it comes down to making onions! i hate peeling them i hate the smell and i hate it when i cry. do you hate it too? do you have wasy to stop or avoid crying?

well one technique i use is after peeling you put it in water.. but i still tend to cry after the second or third onion!!

another technique which my sister told me today, she said eat chewing gum. so i did but nothing happened . then my sistr said your eating the wrong chewing gum lol i was eating a spearmint which is not very strong something like extra would work.. so i ate a extra mint and she said breathe in through your mouth and out from you nose. which i find hard to haha well in my opinion i think it does stop the tears rolling down but still stings your eyes a little hehe.
