how many spoons of sugar u take!! for a cup of tea or coffee

This is funny I don't like sweets at all like chocolates, cakes, ice cream etc but I put two teaspoon of sugar in my coffee! Anyway if I don't it will be bitter because I like strong coffee.

Hi I usually drink coffee and always have 2 spoons of sugar in it to sweeten. Occassionally I do drink tea and have just 1 sugar in this. I used to have 2 until I was nearly out of sugar one day and completely out of coffee. I needed to go and do a shop but was waiting for a delivery so I had a tea with just the one sugar, and realised how sickly sweet it had been with 2 in.

I used to put two or three teaspoons of sugar in my glass of iced tea. But now that I am trying to lose weight, I use one of those little packets of Splenda. I can't drink tea unless it's sweet.

I dont have any sugar in tea of coffee and haven't done since I was 13. My dad gave it up for health reasons so i tried it without sugar to see how it tasted... and liked it.

I hate drinking coffee and milk. I don't have tea also till my 12th grade. After which I started having tea. Frankly I don't know to prepare tea till finishing college. So no idea of how much spoon of sugar they will use. Now after learning I prefer to have one spoon of sugar.
