joey

Joey is the gullible soul from the hit sitcom Friends. With his character which appealed to the public, they decided to do a spin-off. His character in Joey is not totally idiotic. If his character was written as the smart and intellectual Joey, it's defeating his character from Friends. The series is generally good. The script is witty and funny. Although done under a small budget, the set itself is ok. The script is smart, in fairness. I liked it, and i like it still. =)

I never really liked the show. It didn't have anything against the original show. I think the character Joey needed the others and vise versa they need him. I only watched it once or twice. It never held my attention very well.

i have mixed emotions when it comes to "joey"... i like it at the same time, its a complete disappointment. i cant help but compare his characters to "friends" where he is this completely idiotic womanizer... i like both sitcoms though. Matt le blanc's performance in friends were supported by his other co-actors/actresses which made the sitcom one of the best. unfortunately in "joey", the other characters with him cannot support him...
