I got news that my tenant is moving out this weekend.
They been there for a couple of months and It has helped me tremendously
with my mortgage bills.
Their presence also gave me a break. My daughter has playmates. They have two
young girls her age. My girls don't have anybody to play with and I was so happy
when she has company. Too bad they are moving to another city.
I hope the next tenant will be as nice and have kids too.
I don't know when we will find tenants again since our place is quite small.
The saddest part of all, my daughter will not have anymore friends to play with.

That is sad that they are moving. When children bond with other children and then have to move, it's hard on them to keep making friends unless they are very outgoing. But, hopefully, you will get some more great tenants with children for your girls to play with.

My daughter is not outgoing. She does not know how to play with children, being autistic she has a hard time understanding how to play appropriately with other kids.
She tends to keep to herself alot. But the kids were pretty good and they loved to play with her even though she has hurt them a few times.
I don't know if we can find other tenants with kids because our place is so small not many will be willing to stay in such a small place.
Thanks for your response.

I am so sorry to hear that your tenant is moving out. I hate that your daughter is losing her friends. I bet this is a little hard on her. I hope that you find a replacement renter that is good for you and your family. I know that losing the income will be hard financially but make sure the renter you find is a good fit for you and your family. One that is responsible and will pay without hassle. I thought about renting out my little lot to a mobile home owner but then I think of what a hassle it would be if they quit paying rent. Not only would I have to evict them but their mobile home would have to be moved as well and I think that would be a big head ache. I hope that you find a good renter soon with new friends for your daughter.
