| |  The only type digital camera I have ever owned is a
Kodak. I have owned about 6 of them. All of them still
work. I only get new one because I like the new and
updated. I started with a 4 mp. Now I have a 12 mp.
I always give the old one to my kids or a friend...:-)

| | kodak is what i have. i just am trying out the 8.2 mp kodak that best buy had on sale for under 100.00 dollars. i love it . just wanted to know what everyone was getting or suggesting. thanks for the response.

| |  When it goes for digital brand camera, firt thing comin to my mind is this two brand product, Canon and Kodak, the picture has a good quality compare to others, when you want to be a professional photographer, Kodak is best choice for you ^_^

| |  I just bought a Canon PowerShot A590 IS. It is 8 Mp. 4x optical zoom, (digital Zoom is worthless.) It was $150.00. I got a case and a sunshade, rechargeable batteries, and 2 2Gig Cards delivered from B&H photo for about $250. It takes great pictures, You can set it for fully automatic or you can control everything yourself. And I mean everything thing, even the flash. or anything in between. Another good thing, it takes AA batteries. No special "camera" batteries. And the IS stands for Image Stabilization.

| |  Almost any top brands would be a good choice. If you want to travel lightly then maybe a slim point and shoot camera would be a good pick. Megapixel between 4-6 would be nice enough for normal print.
