Can u tell the difference between ansian people?

My grandpa is Japanese while my grandma is Chinese. In fact, I can't tell the difference between them. My grandpa has a Roman nose. However, I think it is in fact Occidentalism. He is good at playing the electronic organ and lots of other music instrument. Thus he seems to be Viennese. Also, my grandpa is very polite and has never lost his temper. Accordingly, I think he looks like Korean. Oh the other hand, my grandma believe god can save her all the time. Also, potato was her faves. She likes snow. As a result, she looks like European indeed. So, I can't really tell the difference between ansian people especially Chinese, Jpanese, Korean, Filipino and Singaporean person. Can u tell the difference between ansian people. How?
