Just over a month away from the new season!

The Amazing Race finally returns on September 28th. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is that it's still on Sundays and football usually runs over, which throws everything off schedule. I wish they would move it to another night like they've had in the past.

I'm the second "team" to arrive. Yeay! My brother and I used to watch Amazing Race together but it was years ago. Now that we're miles apart, we just call each other and discuss the highlights and our favorites after the show. Amazing Race is one of the few things I have in common and can bond with my brother so props to AR! Phil should have been nominated for an Emmy!

If there was any show I would want to audition for, it's AR. I've been trying for the longest time to get my brother to go for it but I haven't been able to convince him. LOL
My mom is my AR buddy. Most of the time we agree on which teams to root for but now and then one will come along that we don't see eye to eye on. But it's all fun. It's one of the few shoes that really keeps you on the edge of your seat and is different each time.

If Boyfriend and I managed to be in AR, we have already agreed that I would be the driver and he would take care of the directions to the pit stop or wherever. Obviously, I'm not the best at reading maps, he's very fast at finding the streets but I think I am the better choice for the driver.

My grandson and I were talking about the Amazing race just the other day and wondering when it would be coming on. We always enjoyed watching it. They do have some interesting challenges too. We are looking forward to seeing it again. it is just about the only reality show we like to watch.

I love Amazing Race and so glad it is back. I know what you mean about Sunday nights I have to remember to tape the show after because it always runs over and I end up having to watch it on the website. I got caught a few weeks ago with Big Brother when golf ran over and I didn't even think about it. There is nothing more frustrating then sitting down to watch a show you taped and all you have is 60 minutes.
I just noticed that over Labor Day the reality network is running the Amazing Race All - stars. I think I am going to tape it and watch some of the episodes to get me ready for this season. I need to go check out the teams too.
