How to I solve my unresolved discussions?

The idea there is to give a best response. It is good to do that say after a week you started the discussion. Whenever we mark a best response, we are accepting that reply and hence the discussion becomes resolved. Happy mylotting.

Hi ! The discussions remains unresolved because you havent chosen the best responder among those who responded to your post. You are the one who will give the rating or marking it as best response as indicated or you can see that among those who responded to the discussion where you are the one who started it. If we choose someone to be the best responder, it makes your discussion resolved. The longer you give the mark of the best respond the better since most of mylotters would respond to a discussion if that remains unresolve, but in some point like mine, I use to resolve discussions after a week or possibly more than that. Rating some one could be very helpful especialy to mylot staff and helps the mylotter of course. Have fun and enjoy mylotting !

All you have to do is add a best response for the discussions. At that point the discussions will become resolved and they should no longer appear in your unresolved list. If they still do, I'm not sure why that would be. Just try to make sure you have selected the best response and they should be resolved.
