How can upgrade my mylot reputation?

hi jannalee, congratulations on getting your new star yellow star is great. the highest star is blue star (10), followed by red star (9), and than yellow star (8). so, you are not far from the highest star anymore. the star represent how other users think of you and your posts. they can rate you + if they like your post or - if they don't like it(the mark below our post), or just leave it unrated. the more + rate you get, the higher star you will get. so, you cannot directly upgrade your star. it completely depends on other mylotters. i think the best way to upgrade your star is posting quality post and being nice good luck!

Hey the star here at the mylot signifies the rating of the mylotters.Not only it helps you in raising your reputation but at the same time the earnings too.So these stars really very important to be gained here at the site.These stars are given to you as according to the ratings and on the basis of the rating by the other members.If some one is rating you with the + sign then your stars goes up with that + but sometimes goes down when some of the people at the site give you the negative ratings.Thus you should always try to post the quality in order to grab the positive rating as well as the stars.

Well, an 8 is not bad for a start. That means most people here have chosen to rate you accordingly and have come to Trust you, and want to get to know you better. The highest you can be in here is a "10". I have been Lucky enough to be a "10" since they started the star rating, and try my best to keep it there as well. I think a lot of it is in the way that you respond back to others in their discussions and the type of discussions you start on here as well. I have learned that being negative never gets you anywhere as well, and when responding back to something or someone try and give your own thoughts there as well. Hope this helps some.

You receive a star after your first 100 posts. It is basically a rating set by other mylotters. When you respond to the discussion to you give a + or a - to the responds that you get? Do you try to reply to all of the responses to your discussions or comments on your responses. Basically your star rating is all of those things plus whether mylotters rate your discussions and responses with a +. highest star is blue of 10, this means the highest star the more fellow mylotters trust you. you can upgrade your star by participating to different post here but be sure that you made a quality post so that you will not be rated negative. make sure to post according to the topic.
