What do you know about "160 Dead in India From Mysterious Disease"??

I ran across that headline on Fox News just now and when I clicked on the link, got a Page Not Found error.
Someone on the flu trackers forum has been tracking this outbreak:

That source states the disease is malaria, but I have read in other places that it is not malaria and the doctors aren't sure what the disease could be.

Does anyone have any other information about this?
Anyone think it is weird that this "disease" has been killing people for a few days and is just now hitting the major new sources in the US?

I think it is very weird. I think it is weaird also that it is just now hitting the media. I wander if it has anything to due with terrorism and maybe someone causing all of this to take place? That is a good possibility. I hope they can put a stop to it soon. That is awful.

I emailed fox news, but they have yet to fix the link. Not sure what is up with that. The only thing I can see is that since they don't know what is going on, they don't want to release any information.
