american idol is going to have a fourth judge

i just read it at yahoo news. so do you think it will be add to the spice or it was a wrong move for the producers of "idol". dont you think that simon, paula and randy are not yet enough to be the judges. do you think it would be more interesting to watch when there are four instead of three judges?

I have heard the news too... I guess its just a Simon strategy... He also added one new judge on The X Factor and it didnt work really well (Sharon decided to leave after saying that Dannielle Minogue didnt have any talent and was only hired for her looks) but as Kara and Paula are really good friends (and roomates for a while long before) and the first is known for writting number 1 hit singles, I guess that it would be interesting to see their chemistry on stage os judge panel... whatever... Xp

hahaha i didnt know that thanks for informing me. i also think it was just a simon strategy for he is always the bad judge and adding another one who is as vocal as he is will make or break the idols. thanks for the response and have a nice and blessed day

credibility is one. adding one more can make or break them. the three already knows how to interact with each other for they are together for a lot of years already. kung baga kamado na sila. a new member will look a liitle out a place in a way. thanks for the response and nice to see you around

From the sound of this...Simon might have a run for his title. I hope that she is as outspoken as this article leads me to believe. Don't get me wrong, I love Randy, Paula and Simon but I am ready for something new. I just hope that this doesn't make the show about the judges and not about the contestants.

i also hope she is a girl version of simon so it will add spice to the panel. simon is very outspoken that paula and randy always disagree of. lol and yes your views about hoping the show wont be about the judges is for us to find out next year. thanks for the response

yes this sound very interesting. i cant wait to see and find out what it is going to turn out. it may break or make the show, it may turn out boring or it may add spice i just hope it was i wise move. i love watching american idol. we have our own version of that but it was not as enjoyabke as watching randy, paula, simon and some interesting contestants. thanks for the response my dear howard

I also read about it a few days ago... i think this is a good move... since there is a need for something new in American Idol... the show is kinda getting old... and a new judge will bring something fresh to the show... well we might even see the female version of Simon Cowell... she looks like it when i saw her on interview...

I read about this on people.com and on usmagazine.com. I really don't know. I mean all that is changing is that it's going to have one more person that will give their opinions. But when the show starts we'll see how the audience receives her and how the show will be.

i just hope that it is more fun to watch it. i am always having fun with paula and simon when they are debating over a contestant. that is the spice of the show. i hope the additional judge will be as fun to watch and will not be a boring thing to watch. thanks for the response

Hi ronirixas I think that the three judges they have now is rnough it will be silly bring someone else in and makes it eveen hsrder for the contestants to perform as they will be so nervous as if they aren't now..Simon makes it more colouful as it is...littleowl

yes your views are correct. three heads are better than four. if the contestant will please four judges then it is not that easy to please them. before if randy said yes and paula said yes and simon said no the contestant is in for two said yes.... this time when two said yes and two said no then it would be another round of talking before they can decide if the contestant is in or out. thanks for the response

I have heard this news too. But I dont see how it is going to be any different. There would just be another person who would talk and "judge". That's about it. There is nothing new. The contestants will sing, they will say yes or no, then nothing. There would be a little drama, a little comedy and other circus stuff, and then, nothing else.
So hopefully this new judge would really add some new spice to the show.

but if the judge is two against and two is in favor that means there is more chance that the contestant is in, right? it is much easier if it is odd number than even. well we just have to wait and see. i hope it would be a good move. thanks for the response and habe a nice day.
