rather omit breakfast than make up and dress up before leaving home for work?

When I worked away from home, I got up early. The first thing I did every morning, after washing my face, was to go into the kitchen and fix my breakfast. I feel so much better when I eat breakfast. Seems like the day goes so much better, too. I've always heard that breakfast is your most important meal of the day. They even say that students do better in school when they eat breakfast. It is a must with me.

i m a housewife n dont work but this one i use to do it when i was in my college.
i everytime had catch my college bus early in the morning n sometimes i find there is no time so sometimes my use to pack my breakfast n then i use to have it my bus on the way to college.
it use to happen with my friend too n we both use to share it in our bus n sometimes i liked it n it was a nice fun.

I never skip my breakfast cos it provides me energy for whole day,i feel more energetic at work.I insist others to stop making excuses for not having their breakfast.

I can not advice you for skipping your breakfast as it is the meal that gears you up for the day.As you don't have time for preparing your breakfast you can manage with some fruits and fruits juice and vegetable soup.This takes little time for preparing.while preparing yourself for office you can arrange this.so for a busy lady like you a bowl of fruits or a glass of fruit juice for your breakfast will be best.thanx.

yep, that's me too. but since i'm a guy i don't spend that much time on make up. so i use the time to sleep longer. when i was a kid my mom did everything for me. she made breakfast and got all my school clothes ready so all i had to do was get dressed and eat. once i lived on my own i was too lazy to do all that, especially in college when i had to study a lot until late night, i rather had more sleep than eat breakfast.
