Soft drinks are certainly not good for our health and I therefore refrain from drinking this stuff. I'm worried with your addiction to it because:1) The phosphate content of soft drinks like Coca-Cola and Pepsi is very high, and they contain virtually no calcium and ultimately leads to poor bone mineralization.
2) Cola drinks can interact adversely with antacids, possibly causing constipation, calcium loss, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, headaches, and kidney damage."3) Soft drinks are the single greatest source of caffeine; a 12-ounce can of cola contains about 45 milligrams but the amounts in more potent soft drinks can exceed 100 milligrams – a level approaching that found in coffee
4) The acidity of cola beverages ... is about the same as vinegar. The sugar content masks the acidity, and do you realize that you are drinking this strange mixture of phosphoric acid, sugar, caffeine, coloring, and flavoring matter which are all harmful to your health? The phosphorous and phosphoric acid which are highly found in soft drinks infiltrate bodily fluids and corrode stomach linings, upset the alkaline-acid balance of the kidneys, and eat away at your liver. It can also lead to tooth loss, periodontal disease, and gingivitis.
I hope you can put off your likeness for soft drinks. That is for your own benefit.

All things that are too much is bad. Maybe drinking for every occasion wouldn't be that bad. But drinking every time you eat a meal would definitely affect your health.
First would be appendicitis which I think is quite common because of its content. And the other one would be diabetes, which is far critical than the other one. So if you want to have a long life, moderate your drinking of softdrinks to minimal.

The only thing that you get from soft drinks is sugar and carbonated water. so if I were you try to minimize consumption of it since it can be detrimental to your health. I hope you're family has no family history of diabetes since soft drinks are the ones that hasten you to become one moreso if you do have family history that has.

Good day dong!
