Teen Kills Dad for Pocket Money

That's a sad and scary story. Maybe there isn't any strong foundation of love and respect in that person or maybe he is under the influence of illegal drugs or something.

When a man become mad he can commit any dam thing. What is happening else where,girls are being killed in womb, lot of women adultery. See the news paper and you will find that such woman and his paramour killed her husband as their relations have been exposed. Father is taking life a son and son is killing the father for money. This is because of our character has become adulterated and we have no human value.

What do you think about it.Please discuss.

This is such a sad story. Well, i do hope this is just a story, but it's a fact, hurh?
I wonder what is in his mind when he stab the man that bring him to life. Did he ever realize he is part of his father? For me, i don't think it's him that kill his father, it's the devil that he allowed into his mind that move his body to kill his father. And for that, i think he deserve a punishment.

We have that over here, too. Kids kill their parents, one lately killed his dad for telling him to get a haircut. Yes, they should be punished. Lawyers here usually trot out psychologists who say the kids were victims of low self esteem or genuinely mentally ill and the kids get off with mental treatment or probation. The kids who should be murderers, who are beaten and abused, are more often killed themselves instead of killing their tormentors.

It's an evil world out there. We encourage it by not teaching our children correctly and indulging their whims, neglecting to expose them to the religion and not teaching them good moral behavior. That's a very simplistic statement but basically is what I believe is the root of the problem.

That kid sounds like he was brought up spoiled rotten and probably recieved anything and everything he wanted in life. He also was probably on drugs,coming down from a high and was desperate to get high again or keep the high going. Yes I believe they should treat him as an adult and try his as an adult,I'm sure the jury would give him the worst sentence he could get.

This is absolutely absurd. What kind of a child would do this to a father? And over something as trivial as pocket money too.
I can't imagine either my brother or I even laying a finger on my father, let alone killing him!
There's something wrong with the world these days..

that is really sad. yes he deserves the maximum. what kind of person kills there own parent for not enough money. he was lucky he got any at all. and now what is he going to do, now he will never get any more again. so what did he solve

What can I say? The son is most certainly in the wrong, but there might be more to this than meets the eye. The son could have been abused, or he could have been spoiled rotten. The son may have never had morals embedded in him. This boy will get what he deserves.

Why didn't the son get a job and get his own money. That is just terrible. What a lazy kid to do that to his father. I hope he has to live with what he did until he dies. I hope it haunts him every day of his life. Maybe his own kids if he has any will do the same to him. What goes around comes around. Karma kicks butt!
