Help !!!!!!!!!

hello all mylotters i have computer problem.in the middle or writing my computer colapsed.i used Internet Explorer but since it was always colapsed we changed it to Firefox and it works only one day and back to the problems again.does anyone here what virus i got or do i have a serious problem in my computer? help me pleaseeeeee

thanks for the hugs Lakote,yes i am glad its fine now.i cannot live without computer.my husband has a computer but he never let me to use coz i am using friendster and that site i got many virus. he is worried if it will happen the same mine

hi Lakote thanks for the concern.last friday my hubby did the cleaning and re install it again.so far so good but we still observing it.i cannot open many windows just to make it sure.

there are no virus. it is the internet connection. it has been happening lately where both browsers just crashes so often during the day.do not be afraid.

hi there,thanks for your cooperation but i dont think its the internet connection coz my husband has internet and he has no problem, only me.but so far its fine he reisntall it again.

Friend, how I wish I am a computer expert to help you deal with your computer problem, but then If I were you, better consult a computer technician, or the ever supportive hubby of yours with that problem, I wish it can be resolved at the soonest possible so you can be online always!

buy?huhuhu i rather fixed it.anyway its fine now.my husband reisntall it again but not sure yet,cant open anpther window just for safety reason not to kick me out again hehehe thank you.

Have you totally got rid of firefox on your computer yet? That could be making your internet explorer not work right. I have always used internet explorer but have tried firefox and it was not compatible with my computer at all. I totally got rid of firefox and my internet explorer works fine now.

hi there thanks for the concern.yes we kick the enternet explorer outtotly empty and my husband reinstall it again and we use firefox. so far so good but we still observing it.

if it happens no matter what browser you are using then most likely it's the computer acting up. It used to happen to me when using IE7 then I switch to firefox and it works. but my husband doesn't like firefox so we have two browsers and both work fine. I don't know maybe you want to reformat your pc it could be the setting somewhere

Hi Bombshell, perhaps you have a virus attack when you downloaded something recently? Rescan your whole computer and see what's the feedback. The anti virus could disinfect your affected files & quarantine/delete them.
I had it once when I forgot to scan a disc and took me some time to clean the system

hi there,yeah we had a virus but somehow there was a dramtic problems.my husband last firday cleaned it and reinstall again. and so far so good but we still observing it thank you Desierra
