I am just curious how to maintain the glow of a Gold or Silver Jewelry. I have a gold bracelet and because I easily perspire, there are deposits in between the links. How do you remove it without brushing it with hard bristles? Can I really use vinegar to soak the bracelet? Any advice is appreciated.

Gin is good for cleaning gold and silver jewellery, just soak the jewellery overnight in the gin and then gently clean away any deposits with a small brush (a child's or baby's toothbrush is ideal)

I believe we have some sort of jewelry cleaner, and it has a soft-bristled brush with it. I do not wear jewelry, so I do not have to worry about cleaning it. But, we have two women in the house here that wear rings and everything, so they use it. I am not sure what it is made out of, or how cheap/expensive it is.
