Is breakfast the best meal of the day?

I love eating but for me the best meal is dinner. I know that I must not eat heavy meal because night is the least burning fats and my digestive system will not function as good as I ate breakfast or lunch. Sometimes, I skip to eat breskfast because I am always rushing to go to my school.

Well it is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it sounds logical as our bodies probably work better with fuel in it just like our cars and I suppose it is good not to go to bed with a full stomach.

I mean..have a good meal is in the morning because the first burning of body and good healthy so..if you breakfast don't fastly, rilex and enjoy!

Ideally, breakfast is the best meal of the day that one should eat heavily. That is because you can still burn everything within the day. Lunch should be light and dinner should be the lightest because we rarely burn what we eat at night.

let me tell u breakfast means break-fast, so u should eat something light like cornflakes, milk, juice, bread or chocolate drink. if u really want to eat heavy u should eat at lunch time, at lunch time u can satisfy ur tummy as much as u want. becoz through physical or mental excercise u r going to burn the fat and digest the food anyway. avoid sleeping in the afternoon..

Whether you work at home, on the farm, at the office, at school, or on the road, it is not a good idea to skip breakfast. Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. When you skip breakfast, you are likely to become tired when your brain and body run low on fuel. By mid-morning, you might grab a cup of coffee or wolf down a sugary candy bar to wake up again. This might work for a few minutes, but by lunch time you are hungry, crabby, and perhaps your mood might make you a little more prone to make unhealthy choices at lunch.
