I just read this article and was wondering if this means that since I pay for 3 computers connections, I would get 3x the allowed gigabytes. What do you think? http://www.abcnews.go.com/Technology/story?id=5689480&page=1 Get ready to say goodbye to unlimited Internet access. comcast Comcast Corp., the nation's second-largest Internet service provider, says it would set an official limit on the amount of data subscribers can download and upload each month. Last week, Comcast -- the second-largest Internet service provider in the country -- announced that starting Oct. 1 it would officially set a threshold for monthly Internet usage. In an online announcement, the service provider said that although it already contacts residential customers who use excessive amounts of bandwidth, it had never provided a specific limit. Now, Comcast said it will amend its user agreement to say that users will be allowed 250 gigabytes of monthly usage. The company emphasizes that its cap is generous and will only affect about 1 percent of its 14.4 million customers. Experts say these customers might include heavy gamers and those who use a significant amount of bandwidth for creating or uploading video. But industry watchers note that Comcast's decision is indicative of a trend by Internet service providers to move toward usage-based service plans.

If this continues to happen then the world and our freedom of speech will be controled and its good that alot of internet providers will not take this step since it is taking away our freedom of speech since the internet is the #1 place people go to express there feelings. I believe tough that Comcast will not succeded and it will fail and will never return and if not then the world as we know it might crumble and we will have Comcast to blame..I never really liked them and i know of people who are planning to take them down. and to answer your question you will only get 250 bandwidth. Fight For Internet Freedom!!

I think I should get more since I pay for three internet connections. That would only be fair.

I sure hope you would, since you pay for more. I am concerned about this trend!
