If McCain becomes president, do you believe Mrs. Palin would be taken seriously.

No, she's new, and is certainly not Mrs. Clinton,....foreign policy wise...outside the usa is a different world, and they may not take kindly to a woman of her stature, i honestly cant take her seriously, she just doesent look that smart and dedicated as other woman politicians. you have to pick someone that commands respect who has a credible background, shes a newbie.A name like clinton commands respect, we all know the background and dedication.im just wondering what is this woman going to do if rep. are elected.i only see her sitting looking pretty.basically what the first ladie does.

Sitting looking pretty? I think not. That is not what she has been doing in Alaska. What makes you think that is what she would do in the White House? Have you listened to her? Have you looked at her record? Have you seen what she has done in so short of a time? A key point to electing Sarah Palin is to CHANGE Washington! Challenge politicians. This is what she has done.

She isnt changing anything, just criticizing everthing like McCain does. Challenge politicians how bout slander politicans. You make her out be wonder woman, but she hasent done anything outside of what other "politicans do", u and i didt know this woman existed 2 weeks ago, you would have to be an alaskan native to tell me how shes ganna change washington, and i hear most of them want her back, to finish her 2 years left of her first governing job, and state investigations (which has nothing to do with this election, as much as i disagree with republicans).
So tell me what shes done in alaska! then ask me if i care.there are more seasoned republican woman, than this lipstick wearing pitbull.

Actually I have heard more about what she has done for her state this past year then I have heard about what Biden has done. Not to say he has not done anything, but I have actually seen reports on Palin, and her strides to better her state. Obama has done nothing for his. Illinois government is extremely over budgeted, the school system is terrible, the transportation problems are out of hand, the taxes are amoung the highest in the country, and there has been nothing done to fix any of this. If he runs Illinois like that, how is he going to run the country?

She's a newbie, what about Obama who is running for the even higher position of president. Talk about a newbie. What do looks have to do with anything? "Sitting pretty!" that was a very sexist thing to say.

Not to cause an argument, each person has their own opinion, let's respect that.
I do not have much confidence in Mrs. Palin. She certainly does not have the political savvy that Hillary Clinton has. She looks the way she started out, a soccer mom. I haven't seen any conviction in her, she was selected by McCain, came out of the woodwork , flew out from Alaska, had a speech written for her and folks think she is the best thing since slice bread.
I think her attention will be divided between her job and her children, that is the usually for working moms, nothing wrong with it, but for someone who is responsible for backing up the most important person in the country all of her attention needs to be focused on her job.
I wish her well, but I am not impressed by her.
