Do you cook from scratch or do you buy boxed/frozen dinners? I usually cook from scratch. My husband doesn't like the boxed dinners. I only use those when I'm in a hurry or if I don't feel like cooking. He's not picky tho so he doesn't complain if I decide to use them. What do you like to cook?

I almost always cook from scratch, but I do try to keep at least one frozen or boxed dinner in the pantry for those nights when I do not feel like cooking or I am in a hurry to get dinner on the table. My kids are not too picky about it being frozen or from a box.

I like cooking (though ‘love’ would be nearer)…I am forever surfing the net or browsing thru mags in search of newer recipes or the same ones with a twist. You see, most Indian recipes are quite elaborate with lots of spices and pastes. Even then, I cook everything from the scratch almost every day. I love experimenting and Sunday dinners are always special. I am not an expert though and many experiments fail and I flop miserably and my hubby and son do put up a brave front while eating (beware the wrath of the lady who cooking has bombed
) but I am not giving up easily.
We do eat outside, sometimes, maybe once a month max or get from takeaways….but no box dinners for us.

I almost always cook from scratch - occasionally, if I am in a hurry or we are very busy outside, I will use a boxed dinner or something frozen, but very rarely.
