Most effective contraception method  | |  Which is the most effective contraception method? Which contraception method do you use? What is it that you like about this method and what are the issues you face with the same? Why did you choose this over others?
I am a mom of 4 month old kid and do not plan to get pregnant at least for the next 3 years. What should be the contraceptive technique I should try? and Why? Please advice.

You've probably heard about it... or you could just use condoms each time... or take the day after pill which would be costly if your very active. But if you want to be able to have more kids later on, probably the pill is your best bet. Or you might want to try the Depo Provera shots. I always thought those sounded convenient. You only have to get them every three months, I think.
