My son is three weeks old and I cant fit into any of my clothes. I have been walking about 20 minutes a day for the past 2 weeks. But i was wondering if it is too soon to do more intense excersing. I am not losin any weight and I am tired of not having any clothes to wear. I dont want to go buy more because I hope to lose the weight soon. After I had my first son I did nt excercise at all. I was actually smaller right after I had him than I was before I got pregnant.

Dont worry your son is three weeks old still a newborn id not be worrying about losing weight for at least another 3 weeks maybe even longer. Enjoy being a mother relax and keep happy the weight will come off in time but three weeks is still far too soon often its not so much weight but stretched muscles and these do take time to get back to normal intense exercise is really not a good idea yet.

after having a baby our body needs time to heal before we get into intense excerise. If you want to get back into it you need to contact your doctor and he'll be the best judge of that. But here is the thing after every kid your body chemistry changes and so there for say for example you have a high metabolism but after you second child you metabolism slows down a bit. It's because of the body chemistry changing. I would not worry to much it takes time and work to get back to where you were and don't over do it your kid needs you more than you need to fit into the pair of jeans that you use to wear.
