Do You Think That Traffic Exchanges Is a Waste Of Time Or Not?

When I first heard of traffic exchanges I thought that it actually sucked, because everybody who uses them are obviously searching for the same thing, which is traffic to their own website. I said "these people are not interested in what I'm selling, or my business opportunities." I couldn't have been more wrong about these powerful traffic tools. In the last six weeks alone I gained 124 referrals just for one program. Awesome huh?

I mostly use safelist and traffic exchanges to get referrals for my programs. Traffic exchanges really work when used correctly. I usually get between 2-4 referrals a day just using these two methods. I'm am walking proof that they work. I posted my current referral status on my blog a few days ago, but I gained more since then, I'll be posting another pretty soon. You can access my blog from my profile.

It depends. I've had some good luck with them, and bad luck as well. I only use one, so that limits the time factor. I have wasted a lot of time surfing for nothing, so I stick with one that I know gets me results. Its not always the BEST result, but its more then I would expect for free. :) I refuse to pay for leads or referrals.
