Do You Enjoy Swimming in the Dark?

Tonight I got in the pool late and it was sort of too dark to swim. I was diving for rings and could hardly see them after awhile. But I still had fun, although it was a bit scary not being able to see the bottom of the pool. What about you? Will you swim in the dark and do you enjoy it?

I have to admit that the times I've swam after dark, the pools were lit so it wasn't swimming in the dark.

I think I actually like swimming in lit pools more. It looks really cool underwater with all the lights.

I like swimming in the sun, but after having a few spots removed caused by the sun, I'm with you... better to swim at other times!

I've swum in privete pools that have lites and public pools with over head lights. I'm not picky - I actually don't like swimming in the day because of the sun. I, for one, don't need that much sunshine.

I was in Las Vegas two weeks ago for Labor Day Weekend because it was my birthday and we went swimming one night when it was raining! It was so much fun; I mean, the rain and the pool combined, plus even at night it was still probably like 80 degrees or so of dry heat, so the pool and the water felt so good. It's fun to me; but then again I just love the water and love going swimming all the time!

Oh that's cool! Some of my friends went to Las Vegas for Labor Day Weekend too. They said it was mostly super hot there, I didn't know it rained. That's kind of cool though, I remember it raining when I visited Hawaii and we went snorkeling and it occasionally was a mild rain.

That's a good point, it does seem like an adventure swimming in the dark. I am still just my normal self in the daylight too, but it's kind of fun and scary at the same time to swim at night.

If I had my own swimming pool then I guess I probably would swim in the dark although where I am there is nowhere to do that at the moment anyway! x

I have gone swimming in the dark and I think is fun dosent mean I would keep doing it over and over but you have fun. Ive been to the beach at night at Puerto Rico and it was packed because of a national day they have over there where everyone goes to the beach at night and gets in. I have also gotten in a lake at night which was kind of scary because it was all in the woods but it was a fun adventure and nothing happen so I had fun that day.

I think I would be far too scared to go to the beach or a lake in the dark myself. Although it does sound kind of fun.
