Leander Paes stupendous show at the US Open where he won the mixed doubles title and finished runners-up in men's doubles brought him back to the top 10......
Leander Paes gained eight places from number sixteen to be number eight in the latest ATP rankings issued on Tuesday...... Paes now has 2,860 points in his kitty.....
Paes estranged partner Mahesh Bhupathi also gained one place from number twelve to number eleven......... Mahesh Bhupathi has 2,680 points in his kitty......
Rohan Bopanna's doubles ranking though suffered badly as he lost 10 places to slip out of top fifty........ He is currently ranked 56th with 1,041 points.

yes she should stay in top ten and choose a parttner from top 10 as well, so than they can get better seedings.

I think he deserved the climb based on his performance at the US Open. I think he would qualify for the season ending ATP tournament. But, the point is that his doubles partner Dlouhy is ranked much lower, so need to see who he teams up for the season ending ATP tournament.
Cheers!
Ram
