Do You Go Out of Your Way To Respond to Topics With Zero Responses?

I know many of myLotters would rather participate in discussions which have many responses and don't even notice topics which have no responses. Have you ever chosen to respond to posts which have no responses at all? I do. In fact after i have responded to topics posted by friends and commented on responses to my discussions i take time to check out the topics which have no responses at all and if i find any that;'s interesting I respond to them. Also, i know how frustrating it is when no one notices or responses to your discussions so I exert effort to respond to these topics. There are some discussions which are quite interesting so maybe you could check them out too?

I respond to a discussion on only one criteria. It should be interesting.I never care to look how many response it managed to receive before me.

If you catch a discussion while it is still included in the new or recent discussions then it would be a good thing since you can respond to an interesting discussion but if you failed to notice an interesting discussion which had no response while it is still new or recent, it is usually relegated to the no response area. Unless you deliberately go to the no response area that means you don't respond to a no response discussion simply because you don't check them out, even if they happened to be interesting. Try to visit or check out that area once in a while. You might be surprised to see how many interesting discussions don't get a response.

That's nice to read, that we are all one family and therefore should help each other. I agree. And there are so many discussions which do not get a response even if they are quite interesting so it's good if we check the no response area once in a while.

I do answer posts with no responses if they attract my interest. Otherwise I would skip to another post.

Hi ronaldinu. What's important is that you do check out the no response area and answer posts without any responses as long as they catch your interest. That's what I usually do.

I have chosen to do this in the past, and I am much more likely to respond to a discussion with under 20 responses, than one with say, 100 responses. If I were to see a discussion with no responses that I felt I could add to, I would definitely respond to it.

It's nice to know there's another one who would respond to no response discussions. I agree with you. It's much better to respond to discussions with fewer responses than those that are very popular since almost everything that can be said have already been touched upon in the latter. Happy posting.

Hi,I do search from no response section of myLot and respond too.Sometimes it happens that even though the post is interesting,it still lies there in no response section for days and nobody response to it.I have this habit of checking all the tabs starting right from Todays upto no response.Good day!

Tha's the sad part about it. There are a lot of good and interesting discussions that do not get any response. It's nice to know that there are some MyLotters who check out all the discussions.

yeah, i know the feeling. and i, in a way, feel better when a curious soul responds. i find it very nice of them to take time and see what you posted. =) on my end, i check them out. cuz sometimes the subject is not catchy, but the content is good. although i admit, i don't really respond to them. especially if the question has been raised before. but will do consider from this point onward. =)

I do like all of the positive responses to this discussion as i'm now sure there are more MyLotters who would bother to check out the no response section. Happy posting

Just for that I'm glad I posted this discussion. Now at least there is one more who would bother to respond to zero response discussions. That's quite heartening.
