offensive banner on mylot

offensive ad banner here on mylot - banner ad for 'comedy' ring tone site - definitly in poor taste.

see pic - is an advert showing the cartoon skeliton of "Ahmed the dead terroist" really appropiate - especially on today of all days (at least in didn't show up on the 9/11 discussions). - who in their right minds would want a ringtone of a 'wacky Arab sterotype' saying "Silence, I kill you"? (just perfect for going on the tube). Comedy racism - ain't it hilariousGuess mylot have been a bit slack on vetting the adverts.

I haven't seen that one in my pages. Good thing I don't have that. For me it's some kind of funny. But I would never buy it myself. Have a nice day!

I can honestly say that I am glad I missed that one. I guess I'm lucky to have the lousy vision that I have, that I probably didn't even notice it. However, I agree with you completely. This kind if racism (and that's exactly what it is!!!) has no room on Mylot, or anywhere else where people gather.
