Does the judge shows on television pay the judgment and courts cost to appear

The cases are real, and if you look at the credits, you will see that the people receive some sort of payment. I do not know if it is the amount of the judgement or not, but each of them do receive something. Probably whoever loses their case, can pay out of the money the get. Because I always wonder, if some of these people have nothing, a lot of them do not even have jobs, how are they goint to pay someone, let's say $5000.00? Yes, the people are paid something.
