my pizza hut card not vali, received it from mypoints

Hi my lotters. Anybody can help me? I got my first gift card from MYpoints.com However, when I tried to call the number on the card to verify the value, the automated says my card # is invalid. Why? What should I do?

I have not gotten a card from them as of yet. I answered this post in hopes of keeping tabs on it to see what the replies are. I was planning on giving their gift cards for christmas presents but if they are not going to work it might not be a good idea.

Hi, I read and heard lots of positive feedback about this site. I think I may have been unlucky and got a bad card. But I will be checking it again tomorrow and hope it works. Thanks.

Did you type in the number correctly, or read the number correctly, or enter it correctly on your keypad when you called the number? I have had similar things like this happen, and the problem was solved by either calling from a different phone (they dind't like my cellphone) or trying the number again.

Can you get in touch with Mypoints to ask them the problem? Have you ever gotten anything from Mypoints before? Perhaps they aren't legit. Hope you can get it worked out.

Hi Barb, It is my first time to get anything from mypoints. I am not sure if maybe I got a bad card due to system glitch. I read from other post by other members from mylot that mypoints is a legit site that pays in the forms of gift cards and So far they have not had any problem. I will need to email mypoints and find out. Mypoint is really easy to earn and I would hate to know that I wasted my time reading their emails to earn this gift card.
